Ingredients

- 2 tbsp cream cheese or light mayo
- 3-4 slices turkey

How to Make It
Use the bagel slicer to cut the bagel evenly. Toast both halves until the edges are lightly crisp.
Spread cream cheese or light mayo over each toasted bagel half. Add baby spinach, folded turkey slices, tomato, and avocado.
Finish with black pepper and a small squeeze of lemon juice if you want a brighter flavor.
