Ingredients
- 2 eggs

How to Make It
Use the electric egg cooker to prepare soft or medium boiled eggs. Let the eggs cool slightly, then peel and cut them in half.
Add roasted potatoes, avocado, spinach, and tomatoes to a bowl. Place the halved eggs on top.
Finish with everything bagel seasoning, black pepper, and a little salt before serving.
