Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado

How to Make It
Use the electric egg cooker to make soft, medium, or hard boiled eggs, depending on your preference. Once cooked, let the eggs cool slightly, then peel them.
Place each egg in the egg slicer and slice into even pieces. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
